Join us for the culminating event of Engage Windsor’s Citizens in Residence program at Art Windsor-Essex (AWE). Join the Engage Windsor team to learn more about the inspiration of the exhibit’s various components, including the photography collection by Doug MacMellan, and reflect on the meaningful dialogue, connections, and experiences that emerged throughout the residency that began in July.
Engage Windsor is a non-partisan community organization dedicated to empowering Windsor residents to play an active role in local government and civic life. The group works to increase public engagement, promote transparency and accountability at City Hall, and help residents better understand municipal issues through community events, educational initiatives, surveys, and advocacy efforts. By fostering informed public participation, Engage Windsor aims to strengthen local democracy and improve the quality of life for people across Windsor.
