Join us for an in-person wellness workshop led by Ainslee Winter! Through creative exploration and hands-on artmaking, this workshop invites you to slow down, connect with others and yourself and nurture both mind and body.

Looking to receive a personalized postcard, with intriguing imagery that sparks your interest? Look no further! Tune inward to find important messages your soul is trying to convey. This postcard is made by you, for you.

This session explores the powerful use of symbols. We are constantly surrounded by symbols. It is a language that is used within our psyche. Learn how you can use visual symbols as a gateway to self discovery and healing.

It is a pathway that bridges our inner and outer worlds. When we are mindful of it, we are able to give space to the parts of ourselves that may be residing in our subconscious. The art making practice, collage, is very process oriented and encourages participants to enter into a state of flow.

In this session, we will aim to:

  • Take time to connect with Self.
  • Learn something new
  • Find meaningful self-expression using the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

When we honour our inner nudges, we strengthen our connection to Self and give space to Soul art making.
