Community Display: Support YQG: Community in Colours by ALSO
April 2, 2026 - May 3, 2026
WFCU Eco-Lounge, 3rd floor
In March 2026, Support YQG brought together four local artists to host mixed media workshops at ALSO’s day program and Collaborative Housing Sites across Windsor-Essex, encouraging participants to reflect on what “community” and “support” mean to them. Each session explored different aspects of community support through creative prompts and meaningful conversations.
The result is a collection of deeply personal artworks that reflect how individuals experience connection, care and belonging within our community.
In the spirit of “community”, colouring pages were distributed throughout Windsor-Essex and are located in AWE’s Education Studio to encourage YOU to express YOUR meaning of community support.
