Community Display: The Haunted Zoo
July 2, 2026 - August 30, 2026
WFCU Eco-Lounge, 3rd floor
Take a journey through the creative evolution of The Haunted Zoo, beginning with its roots as Fathom Clothing and following its transformation into the community-focused art brand it is today.
This display brings together a collection of original sketches, hand-drawn concepts, T-shirts, concert posters, apparel catalogues, sticker designs, art prints, collaborative projects, and other pieces that tell the story of more than two decades of creativity, experimentation, and artistic growth.
Two digital slideshows complement the collection. The first explores the early years of Fathom Clothing and the original era of The Haunted Zoo (pre-2023), while the second highlights the brand’s exciting rebirth beginning in 2023. It features recent work including large-scale murals, public art installations, community collaborations, publishing projects, and many of the initiatives that will be featured in the upcoming six-part docu-series, The Zookeeper.
Presented throughout the summer, this display serves as a lead-up to the premiere of The Zookeeper on Bell Media’s Fibe TV1 later this summer. Produced through a collaboration between The Haunted Zoo and filmmaker Gavin Michael Booth, the series celebrates the power of art to bring communities together and showcases the people, partnerships, and projects that continue to shape The Haunted Zoo’s creative journey.
