Book one of our venue rental spaces to host your meeting or event with an educator. Group rates apply for education activities.

Corporate and non-profit rates

Visit the gallery with AWE staff. Discover the new exhibitions and get a behind-the-scenes look at what happens in an art gallery! During this guided visit, you will learn how to look at, and understand, a work of art. Following the tour, visitors will participate in a discussion, presentation or hands-on art activity in the Education Studio.

1) Self-Organized and Self-Directed (2 hours, $10 regular gallery admission)

Visit the gallery as a group! During this self-guided visit, explore the current exhibitions with the help of digital tours. Use your smart device to scan the QR codes found in the gallery. Free WIFI is available for visitors.

2) Small Group (5-25 people, 2 hours, $500)

• Option 1: 1-hour tour with AWE staff + 1-hour Q&A or presentation
• Option 2: 1-hour tour with AWE staff + 1-hour art activity in the Education Studio

3) Medium Group (25-39 people, 2 hours, $750)

• Option 1: 1-hour tour with AWE staff + 1-hour Q&A or presentation
• Option 2: 1-hour tour with AWE staff + 1-hour art activity in the Education Studio

4) Large Group (40-50 people max, 2 hours, $950)

• Option 1: 1-hour tour with AWE staff + 1-hour Q&A or presentation
• Option 2: 1-hour tour with AWE staff + 1-hour art activity in the Education Studio

5) Extra Large Group (50+ people, 2 hours, contact for pricing) 

• Option 1: 1-hour tour with AWE staff + 1-hour Q&A or presentation
• Option 2: 1-hour tour with AWE staff + 1-hour art activity in the Education Studio

Professional Development Days for Educators

Looking for an activity for your next professional development session for your teachers or teacher candidates?

Choose between a one-hour private guided tour of AWE’s permanent collection or a current exhibition to be paired with a presentation highlighting AWE’s school programs. For the remaining hour, teachers can explore the gallery spaces or the beautiful building at their leisure. Enhance your experience with an artist-led art workshop, offering hands-on creative engagement tailored to your group (additional fees will apply).

Learn with us! Art Windsor-Essex offers a vibrant selection of art workshops designed for learners of all ages and skill levels.
