Welcome to our community arts event, Art Swap with Christy Litster. Engage in collaborative creating by swapping art pieces with others! This is a great way to learn the importance of collaboration in the arts, and the many different ways we interpret things in a community. Everyone’s effort counts in creating these multi-media art works. Christy will guide you through intuitive art making with use of a variety of different materials. In this art class, experimentation, collaboration, and having fun with friends, family, and community are encouraged.

The AWE Teen Arts Council is a group of teens aged 14-17 from across Windsor-Essex who have come together to create programs for teens, by teens. Being involved with The AWE Teen Arts Council, our youth will connect with other artists and art enthusiasts, plan and attend creative workshops and events, and get involved with volunteer opportunities at AWE and beyond.
