Beading Workshop with Krystal Bigsky

Location: 3rd floor, Valiant Suite
Join guest facilitator Krystal Bigsky on the 3rd floor of AWE to try your hand at beading! Krystal will help you create your very own beaded pin. Beading supplies provided, participants are welcome to bring their own supplies.
Krystal Bigsky (Kawacatoose First Nation, Saskatchewan ) is a second generation beadwork artist. Krystal started beading at the age of ten, taught by her self-taught mother. She uses beadwork as a form of therapy. Krystal is also a second year BFS visual arts student.
This event is part of AWE at Night. AWE at Night is a free event that requires gallery admission to attend. Admission to the gallery is $10. Members always have free admission.
