AWE Welcomes Julien’s House with Grief Into Grace; a Yoga Practice Dedicated to Bereavement. This class offers participants an alternative outlet for their grief after losing a loved one. Looking at the mind-body connection we explore how emotions are intertwined with our physical being and energy. Like flowing water, moving energy can be felt and released through this gentle movement practise based in breath work. We hope this hope you leave this class Feeling a little lighter in mind, heart, and soul.
Julien’s House mission is to support, educate and companion individuals through their grief experience. Julien’s House offers a welcoming place where people affected by the death of a loved one can come for compassion and support throughout their personal journey.
