Art Windsor-Essex respectfully acknowledges that we are located on Anishinaabe Territory – the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, comprised of the Ojibway, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi. Today the Anishinaabe of the Three Fires Confederacy are represented by Bkejwanong. We want to state our respect for the ancestral and ongoing authority of Walpole Island First Nation over its Territory.

Acrylic paint pouring is a fun and unpredictable way to create abstract art. In this workshop, the instructors will guide you through the flip cup pour technique, where layers of paint are stacked in a cup and flipped onto a canvas, allowing the colours to flow and spread into unique and mesmerizing patterns. You’ll learn how to mix paint with a pouring medium, experiment with colour layering, and create movement within your design.
No painting experience is needed. Just come ready to play with colour and get a little messy! All art-making materials will be supplied. Spaces are limited; pre-registration is required.
