Sandie Collins

Sandie Collins has dedicated the last three decades to her training as a printmaker, specializing in lino block printing. Her artistic focus primarily revolves around vast landscapes that have been a constant source of inspiration from her extensive travels. In 2001, Sandie embarked on her journey of yoga studies, and in 2017, a significant injury led to a profound shift in her creative direction. As she explored new artistic avenues, Sandie began experimenting with creating small handmade books, offering an intimate means of conveying her visual narratives within the pages. These treasured books played a pivotal role in her healing process, providing a source of strength. With a BFA from the University of Windsor in 1987, Sandie Collins has also maintained a deep involvement in the study and teaching of yoga since the year 2000.

The Seniors Council is supported by the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility through the Seniors Community Grant program.
