What’s the tea? Steep yourself in a rainbow of flavours as we celebrate Windsor-Essex Pride Fest! Create your own tea blend inspired by nature’s flavours. Enjoy warm or chilled brews. This workshop is facilitated by COOK-UP, a food business incubator working to cultivate equity in business ownership for women, primarily women of colour, in Windsor.

Meet the Facilitator
Telishia Hurst is the owner of Mind Body And Spirit, specializing in herbal teas, tinctures, foot soaks, topical oils as well as yoga workshops. Her services have been ongoing since 2016 and enjoys getting involved in local markets across Windsor and Essex County.
