Spend your Sundays at AWE! This month, artist Marla Howard is back for a variety celebrating the winter season. Using a variety of techniques and mediums, Marla invites you to play and explore new and unconventional materials.
To Participate:
- All participants are encouraged to pre-register online.
- Or drop-in between 1-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
- This program is free with admission to AWE and open to all.

As we’re wrapping up the year, we invite you to look back and think about the future! What are you hoping to accomplish in the new year? Explore new techniques from salt sprinkles, to stippling and gradients to create a mindful image of your hopes and dreams.
Meet the artist: Marla Howard
Marla Howard was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She attended Concordia University where she obtained her BFA in Art Education. She moved to Windsor, Ontario in 1998. Marla has strong ties to this community through work and family as well as volunteering creatively. She has also taught art classes in senior centres and homes. Marla describes herself as an out-of-the box thinker and maker with all ages and stages!
