Join Ainslee Winter and Derrick Carl Biso on the first Sunday and the third Tuesday of each month for a double dose of creative wellness.
As we begin to transition into the new season of Fall, we open up to a variety of different changes. Most transitions in life are associated with change. Change can be a challenging force for many of us. There is an element of losing what was, and needing time to adapt and settle into the new. Throughout these changes, we are constantly surrounded by personal symbols and motifs, that may help us navigate the changing times with faith, trust, and an adapting nature.
This session we will explore the symbols we are surrounded by (or will be surrounded by in the near future), their associations, and opening up to our capacity to transform our relationship to these symbols. Take time to slow down and notice, what is this symbol communicating to me right now? How can this help me in this next phase I am moving into? Engage in a creative and playful exploration of developing your own symbols with unique personal meaning. Use these as an anchor as we begin to step into a this new season of life!
