  • Drop-in between 1-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays
  • This program is free with admission to AWE and open to all.

In the studio this Sunday participants will explore textures, colors, and shapes by layering paper, fabric, and found materials to build a unique scene. All are welcome, all you’ll need is your creativity!

About the Artist: Meaghan Sweeney

Meaghan Sweeney (She/They) is a contemporary mixed media artist based in Windsor-Essex. Her work is an introspective exploration of self, analyzing themes of values, personal philosophy, identity, and lived experience with mental illness. They received their  BFA in Fine Arts at the University of Windsor in 2021. She has a strong passion for mental health advocacy and using art as a tool for connection, healing, and community building.
