Weekends in the Studio: Upcycled Bird Feeders with Chantal Brouillard

This is a drop-in program. No registration required.
Participants will be provided with recycled materials to transform into their own personalized bird feeders. Using cans, plastic bottles and egg cartons as a base for a bird feeder and other materials provided to personalize (seeds not provided).
For Saturdays throughout the month of July, Chantal will be introducing activities and crafts that are related to nature and our environment during the Summer season! Each studio activity will vary in mediums, such as collage, painting, and sculpture, friendly for all-ages. The studio activities will allow the participants to encapsulate the beauty and excitement of summer through art making.
Meet the Artist: Chantal Brouillard
Chantal Brouillard (she/her) is an artist currently based in Windsor, Ontario. She completed her BFA in Visual Arts at the University of Windsor in 2020, focusing on painting and analog photography. She’s currently working on a body of work in painting, supporting themes of surveillance and private spaces.
