Art Windsor-Essex respectfully acknowledges that we are located on Anishinaabe Territory – the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, comprised of the Ojibway, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi. Today the Anishinaabe of the Three Fires Confederacy are represented by Bkejwanong. We want to state our respect for the ancestral and ongoing authority of Walpole Island First Nation over its Territory.

Dear Members and Supporters;
On March 13, 2020, the AGW issued an interim statement regarding our operations at the present time with respect to the COVID-19 virus. We are today writing to confirm that effective 5 pm Sunday March 15th 2020, we are cancelling all programs, events and public access through April 6th, 2020.
We make this decision in light of our ongoing concern for public health and safety. Previously scheduled events such as the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on March 25th will be rescheduled at a later date. We thank you for your understanding of this evolving situation.
