Art Windsor-Essex respectfully acknowledges that we are located on Anishinaabe Territory – the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, comprised of the Ojibway, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi. Today the Anishinaabe of the Three Fires Confederacy are represented by Bkejwanong. We want to state our respect for the ancestral and ongoing authority of Walpole Island First Nation over its Territory.

DATE: Sunday, August 4th, 2024
TIME: 1pm- 4pm
LOCATION: 2nd floor, Education Studio

Join us every Sunday in August for a series of vibrant and creative art activities celebrating pride and joy! Each week, we will explore a different artistic medium to express our pride, the things we love, and what brings us joy.
Explore and celebrate your gender through a creative collage activity. What do you enjoy about your gender? How do you nurture and express it? Using scraps and collage materials, create something that represents you and your favorite aspects of your gender. This can be a personal collage or a sign to get ready for Pride Fest next week. Join us to reflect on your identity and express your pride through art!
